Report

Tell Legasiku about something wrong on a company's page: something untrue, unsafe or not allowed. Legasiku reads every report and answers by a set date.

How to complain

You can also raise it with the company itself, the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN), the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for claims within its jurisdiction, or the courts. Sending a report here does not stop you doing any of these.
